Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any web design, development, SEO, maintenance or related services provided by Kazi Talat.

1. Services

The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are defined in a written proposal or order. Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

2. Quotes & payments

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Direct projects typically require a 50% deposit before work begins and the remaining balance before launch or handover.
• Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled before the next billing period.
• Orders placed through Fiverr are governed by Fiverr’s terms.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content, feedback, access credentials and approvals in a timely manner, and confirm that you own or have permission to use all materials you supply.

4. Revisions

Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Additional revisions may be charged.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content created specifically for you. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and images remain subject to their own licences. I may display completed work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Third-party services

Hosting, domains, plugins and other third-party services are provided by their respective vendors. I am not responsible for their outages, policy changes or pricing.

7. Support & warranty

Each project includes a support period to fix defects in the delivered work. This does not cover issues caused by later changes, third-party updates or hosting problems, which can be handled under a maintenance plan.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. I am not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups unless covered by a maintenance plan.

9. Cancellation

Either party may end a project with written notice. Work completed up to that point is payable; deposits cover work already started and may be non-refundable.

10. Use of this website

Content on this website is provided for general information. You may not copy or reuse it without permission, except for sharing links and free resources for personal use.
